FSA ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH ELEVATE KHS PRO CYCLING

FSA is proud to announce their partnership with Elevate KHS Pro Cycling throughout the 2017 campaign. Below you can find an excerpt from KHS as well as everything you need to know such as their roster, season schedule, and more!

Tustin, CA: The 2017 race season is upon us, and both the athletes and staff of the Elevate-KHS Pro Cycling Team are completely focused on winning the USA Cycling Pro Road Tour (PRT) as well as the invitational UCI events they will be competing in.

“With the Elevate-KHS Pro Cycling Team there is so much to be excited about,” says General Manager, Paul Abrahams. “Armed with our core values and excellent team partners, I expect this season to be exhilarating for our fans, sponsors, staff, and riders alike. The team will be looking to win races all season long!”

For 2017, the program has invested heavily in its infrastructure, with a new service course and a full complement of support staff that will provide a solid base for the team to stand upon.

Directing the team will be New Zealand’s multi-time national champion and Olympian, Heath Blackgrove. “Heath is a born winner!” says Abrahams. With his race experience and passion to win, he is the perfect choice to be our team’s Director Sportif.”

The ensemble of time-trialists, sprinters, climbers, and rouleurs has formed a special bond that is certain to make them a force to reckoned with. The team just completed a 7 day training camp in San Diego, which was bolstered by two early-season camps together.

Leading the sprint-game is recently signed Cory Williams as well as Mexican sprint-ace Alfredo Rodriguez (winner of two stages of the 2016 San Dimas Stage Race), while Rodriguez’ compatriot Eder Frayre and neo-pro Alex Hoehn will lead the charge in the mountains.

The team also boasts serious time-trial talent. Innokenty Zavyalov holds the number one spot in USA Cycling’s Pro Time Trial Rankings. Connor Brown, winner of the Best Young Rider Classification at the 2016 Cascade Cycling Classic, along with Cory Lockwood, and Nick Torraca round out the time trial threats.

Completing the roster is the experienced duo of Joseph Schmalz, stage winner at the 2016 North Star Grand Prix, and team captain Brian McCulloch.

The Elevate-KHS Pro Cycling Team is excited for the season to begin and earn their place as one of the best teams in America! With a focus on teamwork and a continuous drive toward excellence, the entire program is committed to making 2017 the best season yet.
